SAFRI DUO is a danish drum'n'trance band
created in 1990 in Copenhagen by UFFE SAVERY (drums) and
MORTEN FRIIS (drums).
They met themselves in 1977 in the Royal
Danish Conservatory of Music. From 1990 to 1998, they
record 6 albums, with covers from CHOPIN or BACH. Their 7th
LP "EPISODE II" in may 2001 give to
SAFRI DUO their greatest hit "PLAYED ALIVE"
(#1 in Denmark, #1 in Switzerland,
#2 in Germany and Belgium, #3 in the Netherlands, #4 in
Norway, #5 in Finland, #6 in the U.K., #7 in Austria and
Greece, #8 in Sweden, #35 in Italy and #80 in France).
Follow by their 8th album "SAFRI
DUO 3.0" in 2003.
