GOÛTS DE LUXE is a french new wave band created in 1983 in Brest by JACQUES LE HONSEC (voice, ex-THE SPIES in 1982) and JEAN-ERIC MONTFORT (voice). They go to Paris in 1984. In 1986 MARIE-ANNA KLISKA (chant/synths) join the line-up. At this time, JEAN-ERIC decides to quit it for becoming air trafic controller.
The couple MARIE-ANNA/JACQUES in public and in private life makes a first smash hit with "LES YEUX DE LAURA" (#24 in France in the Top 50 in march 1987) inspired by a PRINTEMPS NOIR's track, another new wave brestois' band.
GOÛT DE LUXE splits in 1989. Next, JACQUES will work in musical instruments mail order store and will be in LES CHIENS DE GARDE band. MARIE-ANNA will be settle down in the south of France.
