Avril Lavigne keeps the top position for a second week in a row, while Owl City remains motionless at #2.   Paramore gains the Power Airplay of the week while Debi Nova gains two more spots and jumps to #6.   Debi performed in the US program “Dancing with the Stars” last Tuesday in a great performance by the Costa Rican singer.

There are three new entries to the chart this week, two of them belong to artists that have not been to the charts before in the country:  at #30 Shinedown with “If You Only Knew”, and at #27 “Resistance” by the English Band called Muse.   Then, the Mexican singer Thalia is back with another hit which is a remake of a song from the 70’s, “Qué Será De Tí”, originally sung by Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos.
