ARSENIUM is a romanian-pop moldovan singer born ARSENIE TODERAS on the 22/07/1983 in Chisinau.
He's the youngest member of the band O-ZONE in 1999. In 2005, he goes to solo. In may 2006, ARSENIUM sang at Eurovision Song Contest "LOCA", finishing in 20th place.
